We are looking for marketing manager for the international project "Digital Europe - Data Space of Manufacturing«

We are looking for:

• Marketing Manager for the international project "Digital Europe - Data Space and Production".
• Senior position - at least 4 years of experience in marketing.
• Previous experience with the implementation of EU project is desirable - management and collaboration in the project implementation phase, in the field of dissemination and communication.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Good communication and management skills as it will be required to coordinate a team of at least 10 people from 10 different companies, and 5 different countries.
• A consistent and well organized person.
• BA degree required.
• Knowledge of MS software office tolls.
• Individual who enjoys working in an international environment, socializing and traveling.
• Ability to work in a team, class B driver's license.
• Preference will be given to applicants with additional knowledge of German or Croatian language.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of a dissemination and communication plan in English language.
• Overseeing the website creation and creating basic content for the website in English language (M2).
• Submit conceptual proposals for the creation of the project logo.
• Responsible for all project partners to provide professional content required to market the project.
• Preparation of events in five different EU countries (Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus).
• Regular weekly posts on social media networks FB, Linkedin, Instagram – work on the project starts from ground zero.
• Ensure all project partners provide consistent inputs and content for publications on social media networks.
• Responsible for activities pertinent to public relations in different EU countries.
• Manage the preparation of blogs and vlogs.
• Know how to connect different DIH networks across EU, maintain and expand the network of contacts.

What we offer:

• Permanent position in duration of 26 months, with possibility of extension
• Start date: August/September 2023
• Travel to Greece, Cyprus, Austria, Bulgaria and Slovenia.
• Flexible working hours - 20% of the work can be done from home.
• If you reside outside the EU, we can obtain a work permit in Slovenia and assist you with your living arrangements in Maribor.
• The workplace is located in Maribor (Slovenia).
