UNDERPIN-X, a newly funded European project in which Tiko Pro is a project partner responsible for Communication and Dissemination, has received the STEP Seal from the European Commission.
The project focuses on developing a secure and interoperable European data space for manufacturing, enabling advanced data sharing, AI-driven analytics and predictive maintenance to improve the efficiency, resilience and sustainability of industrial operations.
The recognition marks an important milestone for the UNDERPIN-X consortium and highlights the project’s quality and strategic relevance at European level.
What is the STEP Seal?
The STEP Seal, officially known as the Sovereignty Seal, is a quality label awarded by the European Commission to high-quality projects that contribute to the objectives of the Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform (STEP).
The STEP Seal recognises projects that meet the relevant evaluation requirements and contribute to strengthening strategic technologies and their value chains in Europe. It also gives selected projects greater visibility and can help connect them with additional public and private funding opportunities.
For UNDERPIN-X, receiving the STEP Seal alongside EU funding represents important recognition of the project’s quality, ambition and strategic potential.
Tiko Pro leads Communication and Dissemination in UNDERPIN-X
As a project partner in the UNDERPIN-X consortium, Tiko Pro leads the project’s Communication and Dissemination activities.
Our role is to ensure that UNDERPIN-X activities, results and achievements are communicated clearly and effectively to relevant audiences and that the knowledge generated by the project reaches stakeholders across industry, research, policy and the wider European innovation ecosystem.
