About the Digital Europe Programme

The Digital Europe Programme is an EU funding programme focused on bringing digital technologies closer to businesses, citizens and public administrations.

The programme supports projects in strategic areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, supercomputing, advanced digital skills, semiconductors and the wider use of digital technologies across the European economy and society.

Digital Europe focuses strongly on the practical deployment of digital technologies and the development of capacities that can be used by companies, public institutions and citizens.

Projects funded under the programme often bring together large international consortia involving technology companies, universities, research organisations, public authorities, industry associations and specialised service providers.

Effective coordination, communication and dissemination are therefore essential to ensure that project activities, results and opportunities reach the relevant audiences.

Communication and dissemination that supports project impact

Tiko Pro has already contributed to five Digital Europe projects in communication and dissemination roles.

Our team supports European project consortia in translating complex technical activities and results into communication that is clear, credible and relevant to different stakeholder groups.

This includes developing and implementing communication and dissemination strategies, coordinating dedicated work packages, creating project visual identities and producing content for websites, social media, newsletters, press materials, presentations and events.

We also support stakeholder mapping and engagement, partner communication, event organisation, media visibility, dissemination monitoring and the preparation of evidence for project reporting.

Each project involves different technologies, objectives and audiences. Communication must therefore be adapted to the specific needs of policymakers, researchers, businesses, industry representatives, public institutions, potential users and the wider public.

Our goal is to ensure that project results are visible and understandable while supporting stakeholder trust, knowledge exchange and the wider use of solutions developed through EU funding.

Experience built through active participation

Working directly within European project consortia gives Tiko Pro practical insight into the communication requirements, reporting responsibilities and coordination challenges involved in EU-funded projects.

The ranking reflects both the scale of our participation in the Digital Europe Programme and the responsibility entrusted to our team by project partners.

It also strengthens our position as a communication and dissemination partner for organisations preparing new proposals under Digital Europe, Horizon Europe and other EU programmes.

For future consortia, Tiko Pro can support the development of the communication and dissemination approach from the proposal stage, define activities and measurable indicators, and continue with implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Looking ahead

Reaching Slovenia’s Top 10 is an important recognition of the work completed together with our clients, project partners and international consortia.

We will continue helping European projects communicate their work effectively, engage the right stakeholders and turn innovative results into visible and lasting impact.
