If your organisation operates in more than one EU country, "NIS2 compliant" can mean several different things. On 29 October 2026 at 11:00 CET, the DETANGLE project hosts a one-hour online workshop that compares how Member States have implemented the directive.
NIS2 (Directive (EU) 2022/2555) was meant to give the Single Market one baseline for digital resilience. In practice, each Member State has transposed it through its own national law. Who counts as an essential entity, which authority supervises you, how fast you must report an incident and how far management is personally liable can all change at the border.
"The NIS2 Patchwork: A Comparative Perspective Across EU Member States" walks through those differences so you can see where your obligations really come from.
